National Development and Reform Commission: Multiple measures to promote the accelerated development
On August 11th, the official website of the National Development and Reform Commission announced that it will further increase its efforts to accelerate the development of modern logistics. At the same time, we should closely combine the promotion of logistics industry with national strategies such as the "the Belt and Road" (2383.92, -13.270, -0.55%), the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, so as to give full play to the support and guarantee role of logistics in the implementation of major strategies. Firstly, we will continue to work with relevant departments to organize and implement relevant plans and policies, strengthen supervision and inspection of the implementation of policy measures, and ensure that policies that have been introduced are effective. The second is to establish a coordination mechanism and green audit channel for the construction of major modern logistics projects, to coordinate and solve the difficulties and common problems faced in the progress of the projects. Support major engineering projects through central budget investment subsidies, research and establishment of modern logistics development investment funds, and other means. Thirdly, based on the demonstration of logistics parks and multimodal transport pilot projects, we will study and launch national backbone information platform pilot projects, modern logistics innovation and development city pilot projects, and focus on solving prominent problems that restrict logistics innovation and development, summarizing experience and promoting it. The fourth is to continue to do a good job in the formulation (revision) of logistics industry standards, strengthen the connection of standards between different logistics fields, and gradually form a unified and standardized logistics standard system. Strengthen the promotion and implementation of national standards, achieve seamless connection and efficient operation of various logistics links. According to statistics from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the total amount of social logistics in China reached 104.7 trillion yuan in the first half of this year, a year-on-year increase of 5.7%, with a growth rate 0.1 percentage points higher than the first quarter. The ratio of total social logistics costs to GDP was 16.1%, a decrease of 0.3 percentage points from the same period last year, indicating a significant improvement in logistics operation efficiency.
